Gusbourne Oak Reserve 2019 dry5 Senescent fruit but still soBright golden hue with fine, persistent bubbles in the glass. The nose is brimming with aromas of ripe peach, honey lemon and toasted hazelnuts. The palate shows more ripe orchard, stone and citrus notes, alongside a pronounced toasted character too; with flavours of buttered toast, toasted nuts and soft, sweet spice. Theres a beautiful weight and creamy texture in the palate, leading to a long and complex finish.
